These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of accounting services by Rekkon Pro Tax and Accounts Solution, a registered accounting Company, to the client. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

The Company agrees to provide accounting and financial services as agreed upon in the engagement letter or proposal, which may include but are not limited to, bookkeeping, tax preparation, financial analysis, and advisory services.

The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information, including financial records, business operations, and any other proprietary information disclosed during the course of providing services. The Client acknowledges that the Company may disclose information as required by law or as necessary to fulfill its professional obligations.

A. The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees for the Services as outlined in the engagement letter or proposal.
B. Payment for Services is due within [15 days] from the date of the invoice.

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice ( 30 days prior notice) to the other party. The Client agrees to pay for all Services rendered up to the date of termination.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the provision of Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tami Nadu. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of arbitration.

This Agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and the Company and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure by either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
